My Role

As Chief Assistant Director, I managed the complex, multi-day schedule for this campaign, coordinating with various startup founders across Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai. The key challenge was our limited one-hour window with each founder. My role was to run the set with precision, keeping us on time and on budget. Critically, I also supported the director by helping elicit genuine performances from the non-actor founders, ensuring we captured the necessary content within each tight slot.
